  • QuestionWhy was this refurbished? and is it fixed?I read alot of bad reviews talking about the netflix app. Was wondering if this works now.

In some cases, refurbished items may have been opened or returned, but generally retailers refer to those as open box or customer returned items. To clarify completely, it's always best to verify this first with your retailer prior to purchase. If there is something wrong that cause the unit to be refurbished, it would most certainly have been fixed prior to being sold.   • QuestionDoes this player come with Cinavia?Cinavia is a watermark that comes in the firmware. It mutes audio from media files that have the cinavia watermark.

    • Answer There are copy protections in place, and Cinevia is one of them. Cinavia is a Blu-Ray Disc Association standard and its implementation begain in 2009. It is currently a requirement of all commercial Blu-Ray players, and has been since 2011 on Samsung players.
