If you have registered your hub with Samsung, created an account and have linked your hub to your account, the online service will notify you via the smartthings app when your home internet connection goes down. It will tell you that it lost connectivity with the hub - and subsequently tell you when it is reconnected ....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get notified on my Android phone (and smartwatch) when the connection goes out and when it comes back on. Be sure you have notifications enabled in the settings.
