Smartthings will handle more 3rd party devices than any other smart hub. The answer is yes and it is not difficult

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Almost all Zwave products will work with the smart hub I had a bunch that were with iris and all work. You have to factory reset each device and there is a utility that came with the smart hub app to help with that.
