• If your plug does not have a ground, the third round prong, make sure the large prong is lined up with the large slot and push hard. Sometimes the plug is tight the start with. Good luck.

• It is sometimes hard for lamp plug to into smart outlet. But I was finally able to put it. I wish it was little better designed for snug fit
