Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the stormwash and the stormwash 24. I see a big difference in price but can’t figure out any other differences. Is it only the height? First time buyer

Q: QuestionThe mounting brackets on this di$hwa$her have about the same strength as a piece of Coke can. I'm now on my second set and they just folded up, allowing the machine to tip forward out of it's hole. Is there a steel bracket to replace the crap supplied?

Q: QuestionI would like to purchase this dishwasher but I am not sure it will fit in my dishwasher opening. I have a measured height of 33 7/8" opening. This Samsung says it needs 34 1/8" height to install. Can mods be made to get it to fit.

• A:Answer Of course I can't tell you for sure that it will fit in your home, but I had a tight fit also. the Geek Squad raised the adjustable feet all the way up. The back adjustable foot can be raised or lowered from the front of the machine such that you can adjust it after its in. (That is totally cool). In my opinion, if you had one in there before chances are this one will fit also. Good Luck ! Check with Best Buy first.

Q: Questionis there a spray arm under the top (3rd) rack? or it gets sprayed by the spray arm under the 2nd rack? Also does the StormWash spray cover/reach only certain area inside or entire dishwasher including 3rd rack?

• A:Answer The door needs 27" for the swing. I recommend at least 30" of front clearance. You usually will load the unit from the side where your sink is. If you want to stand in front of the door you will need more space.

• A:Answer No, I do not. The racks slide out quite easily, compared to my old dishwasher. I like that. I guess I would have to ask you if your dishwasher is level? The racks slide in and out so easily, that I could see it sliding back in (or even out) if your dishwasher was not level.

• A:Answer The dishwasher does feel quite roomy including having a third rack for utensils which allows for more dishes on the bottom rack. The second rack also allows for more cups and glasses than my last dishwasher that it replaced. I have only owned the model for a couple of weeks so not enough experience to know how it will last. I am concerned due to some Samsung dishwasher reviews for other models. The shelves feel similar to a Bosch model that I had in my previous house. I would hope that this is a good sign.
