Q: QuestionJust bought Samsung dw80r7060us. The bottom rack does not have enough tins to load more dishes and glasses. Is there a different lower rack that is better?

• A:Answer I totally agree. The bottom rack has a large opening in the middle with no Tines to hold anything. It makes loading the bottom an issue. Its like they forgot to include a missing row. Any idea if I can purchase one anywhere? I am wasting almost a 3rd of the bottom rack if you load it like they have pictured.

Q: QuestionI bought this dishwasher 15 months ago, so it is just out of warranty and now it has stopped drying the dishes. There is water on the tub walls at cycle end. I have the same settings as before and checked all standard things on Samsung website. Any ideas?

• A:Answer Ours is still only 3 months old, but in the manual it states to use a rinse aid to help the drying process properly. But I also read in a review, in the process of buying ours, that suggested to run "sanitize" along with the wash cycle. We have done this since day 1 and have never had an issue with water still on dishes or inside washer. Maybe you tried these already, but if not maybe it will help

Q: QuestionWhat power cord does this require or does it need to be hard wired? I have tried 2 different power cords and neither will power this machine. I purchased a standard cord from hardware store and a 16-3 dishwasher cord from home depot. neither worked.

Q: QuestionHas Samsung fixed the water sensor problem for this model? I have the 2016 model and the sensor keeps failing. I hate having to keep uninstalling it to replace the sensor.

Q: QuestionCan you take out the 3rd rack

• A:Answer Hi Lynn. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - StormWash 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with AutoRelease Dry, 3rd Rack, 42 dBA if the 3rd Rack can be removed. Regarding your concern, the 3rd Rack can be removed. These would be the steps: 1. Stand facing the dishwasher, and then pull the 3rd Rack out so that the handles at the ends of the rack supports are even with the end of the Rack. 2. With your right thumb, find the small indentation on the inside of the left rack support that houses the tab for the handle lock. 3. Push the handle lock tab in (i.e. to your left) with the tip of your thumb, and then pull the handle towards you until it disengages from the support. 4. Repeat this process with the right handle using your left thumb. 5. When the handles are removed, remove the 3rd Rack from the dishwasher. 6. Reverse the order of removal to re-insert the 3rd Rack. I have included your user manual for further assistance.
