A:AnswerI know this model is designed to pop open at the end of the cycle so that dishes can fully dry. It took a while for me to get used to that but I do love had dry my dishes and interior are at the end of the cycle.
A:AnswerJohnL, the auto-release door feature only pops the door open by an inch or two, just enough to release the steam and dry out the dishes. It normally happens between the 5-15 mark before the cycle ends.
Have a great day.

A:Answeryes but the only reason would be to accommodate very tall items as the middle rack is adjustable. Its just handy for serving and cooking utensils.
A:AnswerPedro, an OC or over-level water error means The dishwasher has more water than it should have. This frequently has a tight connection to a drain problem.
Here are simple steps on what we can do if you see an OC code in your dishwasher:
1. Examine the sink's drain connection for the dishwasher.
2. Inspect the drain hose.
3. Water should be running in the sink to which the dishwasher is attached.
4. Clean the tub's filter, drain, and sump.

A:AnswerGreetings!
We appreciate your question if this Samsung dishwasher has a heating element to dry dishes.
This dishwasher is not equipped with a heating element for drying the dishes. This model has an AutoRelease™ Door feature, which, at the end of the cycle, the door automatically opens to circulate air
and improve drying performance.
