• This dishwasher does have heated drying function. It has a hidden heating element.

• The Stormwash does have a dry cycle and when it is done the door pops open so you know it is finished...I'm very happy

• I'm not certain of the process but have been pleased. When the cycle indicates that it is over, everything, including plastic bowls and cups, are dry.

• There is no dry cycle per se, but at the end of any cycle, the door opens and hot air continues to vent out for 5-6 minutes. This effectively dries out the dishes pretty much as good as a standard dry cycle
