“I just had this dishwasher installed. Loaded with dinner plates on the bottom rack and the water spout is hitting the dishes when it spins (prior to turning it on). Does the spout rise when actually on? Is it installed wrong?”

I haven’t had his issue after installation. I had Best Buy team to install it. I’m thinking it could be installed incorrectly. Hope this helps.
