“Does this monitor have a protective screen film that should be removed? I am asking because the screen picture looks dull so I don't want to try and remove it if it is supposed to be there. Thank you.”

I called customer support at Best Buy and they didn't know. They told me to call Samsung. When I called Samsung, the support representative asked me for model number which is LF24T350FHNXZA. He then asked me to wait while he watched the unboxing video for this product. He then informed me with confidence that there is no protective plastic layer on the screen. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What looks like a plastic film is a layer on the monitor to reduce glare and not meant to be taken off. If it was meant to come off, they would have provided a tab to start peeling it off, it would have been more obvious.
