Yes you can, if you have the disk formatted exfat. If you have formatted (erased in mac talk) to HFS+ use disk utility on your mac to format (erase) it to exfat. If you have to format it you will have to recopy your files.I believe it comes formatted in exfat. Exfat is a format that both machines can read and write.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My experience is that a hard drive formated for mac has to be reformated when used with a pc. That would wipe the files off of the hard disk. I suggest checking the specs and description of the unit to understand if this is an issue.
