The T7 Shield is compatible with the Xbox Series X but only for archiving/storage. However, you will experience issues playing games directly from the drive.

A:AnswerThis SSD does work on MacOS devices, just make sure you format the drive properly before use. As far as storing songs, you should be able to store roughly a million 3-4 minute long MP3s if that's all you used the drive for. If you were storing flac audio files (which are about 5x bigger) you could expect to store about 200,000 songs max. The drive isn't exactly 1000GB; you lose up to a few GB depending on how you format.
A:AnswerI plugged it in real quick and it was recognized as external storage, I play games directly from it on PC so while I can't be 100%, but on paper it should work fine for that application. My One is a Second Gen 500Gb.

A:AnswerIt doesn't "care" what data you put on it. It comes formatted as exFAT with three files stored on it:
Samsung Portable SSD SW for Android.txt
SamsungPortableSSD_Setup_Mac_1.0.pkg
SamsungPortableSSD_Setup_Win_1.0.exe
Feel free to reformat it to whatever file system is ideal for your intended application.
