“Trying to get a Samsung UE590 Series monitor to work on my Windows 10 computer. Any help would be appreciated. I purchased the monitor from you last week and it's connected the way it should be but I have no screen.”

Plug it into the HDMI port or preferably the Display Port plugin IF your computer has it. There is also a small switch on the bottom right-hand side of the monitor which you have to push in to turn on or off the monitor. This switch can be pressed in or toggled 4 ways to adjust the monitor to your liking or for color calibration with a separate unit.

Diane, did you try using a different port? I don’t know much about this stuff, but I did have the same issue. As soon as I switched to a different port on the back of the monitor it was fine.
