“Resolving upside down image issue whenever I try to set up the kit, the image is upside down on the television and it gives an error message stating that it cannot access the data and turns the tv off after about 20 seconds. i unplugged the tv before plugging in the kit and also did a UHD backup, as instructed. does anyone know how to fix this issue?”

You didn't follow the sequence correctly for installing the box, unplugging & plugging up the HDMI cable which still connects the tv , unplugging the tv from the back & waiting the correct time amounts, hope you still have it, these are hard to come by , only way to amp the picture from 120hz to 240hz !!! Try again Ole friend !!!
