Does this allow my smart tv to have WiFi null

This device uses wifi to allow you to control or monitor an appliance. I purchased one of these for my washing machine so know where it is in the wash cycle. According to Samsung this MAY work with your TV. Visit the website https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-us/articles/210766566-Samsung-TV-as-a-Thing to see if your TV is on the list. If it is on the list you will need to download the Samsung SmartThings app to control it.
