• NO, The usb is made for the S9, it's size is a "C". It is larger plug than the S7 and S5. I bought it because the other chargers I already had, would not fit the S9 and I needed to be able to charge my phone at my office.

• Yes I believe so. I bought it for my fiancee and she has a Galaxy 6 edge plus and it works fine.
