I have a similar situation. The waterwall carriage is prone to a few issues. First, its magnet becomes weakened, and the carriage losses track of where it is in the compartment. From what I understand, it is not traveling front/back to clean the lower rack. In addition to the pealing finish and the rusted upper rack, we are trading in our Samsung appliances.
