“How is this camera on close-up shots? I need a convenient point & shot that has decent capabilities for close-up shots such as for flowers, insects and the sort. Would anyone have any feedback on their experience in this regard?”

• This camera has a portrait selection which takes close up pictures perfectly.

• I would get an extra zoom instead of this. This is more of a casual camera not a photographers choice
