• It's not that fast but you can record in 720p!

• You can stop the motion blur in a shot of a racing car at full speed at around 1/1000th of a shutter speed. To shoot a child playing you can set a camera to around 1/250th to 1/500th of a second and get the shot with no blur. I think all digital cameras have shutter speeds over 1/1000th of a sec.
