• Yes this is a touch screen. You can use different options via screen options or using the control buttons on back of camera.

• The Panasonic Lumix DMC Z70 is NOT touch screen. The menus seem pretty easy to Navigate and I am not a professional photographer but I was able to easily get it to night mode and activate the timer.
