• Yes, I bought this one for my refrigerator even though it says It’s for laundry. I agree WI-FI should be built in if your spending thousands on an appliance.

• For this washer you do NOT need the adapter. This washer only has the Smart Care which uses a smartphone for diagnostics by scanning a error code on the washer. This adapter is for washers that have the Smart Control feature allowing you to monitor and control the washer via smartphone.
