“I got these speakers and they are paired but I can hardly hear any audio. If I put my ears close to the speakers I can hear they are paired. How do I turn up the sound, they are so low their basically useless.”

I have the smaller side speakers about 3 inches most of the sound comes from the Soundbar -5 speakers in the sound bar I believe the side speakers made me feel like I was part of the crowd when watching the NBA Finals! The Soundbar Q60R is terrific in my opinion. R\ Joe G

I found a video explanation "Increase volume Samsung Soundbar 8500S or 9000S" on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yYucxncXmM. basically, the rear audio level needs to be turned up. it's in the sound bar settings. I put mine all the way up (6) and they sound just about right now.
