I been having the same problem but I think its my Amazon Cube that turns it back on. I dont know if you have it connected to your tv or a streamer but my fix is to turn off the sound bar but then using the sound bar remote turn it back on and back off again. Works for me I hate it but love the sound and connectivity of the system.
