“I have a crazy question. My wife is hard of hearing and I would like to purchase a sound bar and wireless rear speakers. I need the rear speakers to be used as normal speakers instead of surround sound. Is that possible? Am looking at a Samsung”

Yes it will work. Go into the tv settings and change the sound from on the tv settings ( I’m assuming your sound bar it is connected to your tv and not to a AV receiver) Change sound from: surround You’ll have a few options depending on the TV you have own. Pay no attention to any of them!!!! Change the sound mode to {STEREO} stereo mode plays all the speakers like they’re one speaker
