QuestionWill this work with my HW-N450ZA? I had a sound bar that was the old version on order but got discontinued from my safety store so they sending this one and I already have the rear speakers from y’all

- Answer I believe the answer is yes. These speakers are only compatible with a couple of specific models of Samsung sound bars. The Samsung's web site I believe is incorrect or out of date because my sound bars were not listed and compatible yet they are. I would call the store and speak to a Samsung sales expert before purchase or just wing it.

- Answer You can try changing the setting on the sound bar to standard instead of surround,but I don't think it will change the sound .

- Answer The receiver is independent from the soundbar, which surprised me at first. But yes, the receiver can be placed vertically or horizontally.

- Answer No, these connect to the sound bar using their own private wireless protocol. They are also not very loud, so I wouldn't expect them to function better than TV speakers on their own. I bought the Samsung HW-N450 and connected these, the whole system puts out an impressive bass and sound quality.
