Well, officially this device does not mention which all iPhones it support however all iPhones with ios 15 having lightning port should be supported. I just searched and found that iphone 7 supports ios 15 and it also has a lightning port hence it should work on iphone 7. https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/supported-models-iphe3fa5df43/ios

It goes into my iPhone XR so it should plug into yours!
