    • Answer Hi Ryan, thank you for contacting us. The SanDisk Portable SSD can be reformatted to NTFS if you’re using it mainly with Windows. Please see (https://support-en.sandisk.com/app/answers/detailweb/a_id/51125). By default, it comes pre-formatted in exFAT for cross-platform use. Just note that reformatting erases all data, so be sure to back up your data first.
