- Answer Unfortunately, not on a MAC. I had even called SanDisk Tech Support for help. I was very disappointed since the advertisement for the SanDisk Clip Sport Plus said compatible with both "Mac or PC." Support for AUDIBLE books was the main reason for my purchase. There were some instructions on youtube on how to transfer AUDIBLE books for PC, but not sure about success rates. You can check it out and try.

QuestionLack of ability to add a memory card that would be a total deal killer for me. I note the cheaper 8 gb model DOES allow this. Am I correct that this version does not let you add additional memory?

- Answer This player disallows adding memory. However, it's hard to find a device that does EVERYTHING. As an owner, this one, for me, does enough. I use this one for music. Currently, I have just over 2500 songs loaded (approximately 125 hours of music) with some room to spare.

- Answer I don't see that option. There are a few choices on the order they can be played, but I don't I don't think alphabetically is one of them.

QuestionCan you make playlists from your songs on the device? And if so, can you access them while in Bluetooth mode? I returned an mp3 player before thinking of getting this because you could only shuffle ALL the songs, no matter what genre, on the device in BT.

- Answer It just depends on your vehicle. Some cars only allow pairing for phonecalls and some allow pairing for music and phonecalls.

QuestionHow do I get my sandisk to connect to play my cd's that I ripped on my computer. When I go into the windows media player it says connect a device with an orange arrow but nothing to click on.

- Answer the best way is to rip your CDs to a folder you can easily find like by locating it on your desktop, then when you plug in the MP3 player you'll see it on your Drives folder and you can just drag and drop the files into it. The best way to learn this just search this question on google and watch a Utube video of the step by step.

- Answer The battery life is approximately 30 hours, depending on use of bluetooth and the listening volume. Like 99% of devices these days the battery is Not replaceable.

- Answer To be honest I use it in my car, at home, everywhere I go. Maybe your car radio is the problem. Maybe check it in someone else's car to be exact.
