However, you may use the SanDisk Clip Sport Go MP3 Player to use the voice recording feature. Furthermore, the SanDisk MP3 players are not tested with the radio voice recordings. - Answer I would not go swimming with it. It is more water-resistant than waterproof. Light rain and sweat should not affect it. It has small silicone covers that cover the USB charging/upload port and the 3.5mm headphone jack. If you do plan on swimming with it, I suggest putting this MP3 player in a waterproof bag. Since this San Disk Clip Sport Plus is a Bluetooth model, wireless waterproof/water-resistant Bluetooth headphones or earbuds should work fine in your adventure. On a side note, I would suggest a screen protector because the screen is easily affected by scratches.

- Answer 100% legally? Not sure. Another reasonable working solution? Look up "Noteburner" but don't sign into it with your personal Spotify account unless you want it banned.
