Is this Fat32 compatible? null

yes it can be formatted in either fat32 or ntfs - no problem

Yes but it comes formatted for NTFS. You can put it into any Windows PC and then right click on Computer, choose "Manage" from the menu, and then click "Storage" from the Management WIndow. At this time you can select the USB device and reformat if at FAT32. Warning - doing so will delete all of the data from the USB device so make sure you have it backed up first.
