This model doesn't but SanDisk has another, same speed, same capacity that does come in the micro format.

Not on this particular card, but they do have the micro cards available with the SD card adapter.

This card will not work in the GOPRO 4. That takes a microSD card

No it is a full sized card. There were micro SD cards at the store, but I didn't check them out as I needed a full size card.

This SanDisk Pixtor 64gb SDXC is a full size SD card. I believe the GoPro takes a Micro SD card so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't work in that device.

No. This is a SD card. You will need a MicroSDXC card for your GoPro.
