There is an 800# on there website very easy to talk to will not talk down to you, or make you feel totally lost in the computer world, they listen & we answer all your questions best as they can, then is they say yes, ask them to set up an appointment for you with Geek Squad in your area, so you do not have to want inline forever this time of year!!!
