You can go to Apricorn.com and download EzGigIV clone software. Then get a cable manufactured by Apricorn (about $35) to connect the new disk to a usb slot on the computer that has the disk you want to clone. Then run the clone software and follow the on-screen instructions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could try the website. Also if your having a problem making it bootable, check to make sure its being recognized in disk management and assign it a letter. Also make sure you have AHCI enabled in the BIOS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to the SanDisk website & lookup your particular SSD model. Any manuals / firmware updates can be viewed / downloaded from the site. SanDisk is good for Macs because no data transfer software is needed when installing a new drive. Windows is another ballgame, you need a 3rd party data transfer software plus a external drive enclosure or adapter at an extra cost. That is why I returned mine & purchased a Samsung SSD which includes a the necessary data migration software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure there is going to be an operator manual. To make it a bootable C drive: open case and install SSD drive (you may need accessory drive adapter to fit the 2.5"SSD into the 3.5" or 5.25" drive bay - computer resellers carry them), unplug all other storage drives, install operating system per instructions with CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Drive or USB-Thumb Drive like you would any other time. Once operating system is running, plug back in all other storage drives.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will have either save an image or your original HDD and copy to the SSD. Alternatively, you will have to install it and reinstall Windows...
