• Not internally. The Surface Pro does not have the ability to be upgraded.

• I don't think so: The Surface pro has a tiny hard drive, very thin, almost like a memory module. This SanDisk is too thick because of the plastic cover. Also, is wider. Sorry..!

• The Surface Pro 4 has a USB 3.0 Port, so it should work just fine with it.

• This SSD is for internal use only and therefore will not work any MS Surface brand products including the Surface Pro 4, sorry to disappoint.

• You may need to check if it will fit physically. Not sure if the SSD will be to large for the surface.
