• The iPhone 5 SE does not have a USB-C port so this will not work to transfer photos directly from your phone.

• Please be informed that the iPhone 5 SE comes with the lightning port hence, this Dual Drive is not compatible with the same. However, we manufacture specific Flash Drive for iOS devices that comes with lightning port i.e SanDisk® iXpand Flash Drives.

• Yes it should if you have an OTG adapter for your iPhone that has the female end to plug the flash drive into. I would check for iPhone accessories for data transfer or backup on iPhone manufacturers website. Otherwise you Will need to do it the old fashioned way by transferring your pictures through I tunes to a desktop or laptop and then copying those pictures from I tunes back to the Flash drive.
