• Please be informed that your mobile phone should support OTG USB Drives in order to use this USB Drive with your mobile phone. If your mobile phone does support OTG USB Drives, then it needs to be connected directly to the Type-C USB port of your Mobile Phone. After that you can use the default File Manager Application available in your Mobile Phone to transfer data to/ from this USB Drive. • I have no clue. The associate at Best Buy told me it would work on my SAMSUNG Note 10 and I can't get it to work. Sorry, I'm not able to help with this problem, due to the fact that I have the same problem....
