Mine did not.. and the website was not much help either. Since Western Digital bought them out - searching for software on Sandisk's website led me to Western Digitals.. The free software from WD would allow you to copy the drives = but it would not recreate the partitions and expand it to use the new WHOLE drive size (it would create the partition as the same size - and then give you another partition.. So in effect worthless.. You will have to search the web for software that expands the partition size..) Previous purchases of the Sandisk came with software that would do it - but I failed to find any from them on their website..
