No, the SanDisk® Ultra Dual Drive USB 3.1 Type C is not compatible as it has a Type C connector however, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes with microUSB port. Please allow us to inform you that we manufacture separate drives with mucroUSB connector for Android devices.
