Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a phone case, that can be the reason. Some cases will push the drive out after connecting it. You may also want to make sure the usb that connects to the phone is all the way out. Do you have virus protection or firewall on your phone? Try to disable it before using it and see if that works too. Hope that helped.
