- Answer Yes it should be able to work with them as long as they have the memory chip slot. Check your computer first of course! It worked with mine and i have a small google chrome.

- Answer As far as I know, much like the memory on cell phones, you can never access 100% of the marketed space/ memory. There are always embedded files/ applications/ nitty-gritty, fine-print items that take up a portion of the memory. At least that has always been my experience!
