• I used a Canon VIXIA HF R600 (slightly earlier model) but I imagine it'd work the same. It's worked great for me so far.

• This card will work. I have found even that products manuals will say the max capacity card able to be used is say 64 GB but able to use a card with high capacity. Nonetheless this one works wonderfully.
