Once you format it put it back in the camera and format it inside the camera. Not formatting the card inside of a camera that you’re using is one of the small mistakes people overlook. These things are also fragile so taking them out of the package with sharp instruments has a probability of damaging them. Not saying that’s what you did but just a helpful hint. You can also reset your camera there is a function I’m just about every cameraThat will reset the camera. If it continues send it back because it’s a faulty chip. Chip quality has been in variation in the past couple years.
