A:AnswerIf you want screws in your mantle, personally I would not, but suppose it would work just as well there as it does on back of entertainment center. Talk to Geek Squad.....
A:AnswerThere is pic attached of my 6 month old cat, she tries to climb the tv ... the safety straps DO WORK. She has managed to grab top edge of screen and hang on the tv.
A:AnswerI have a large screen (60 inch) on feet. Using the strap in question, the tv may lean to the side with the broken leg, but it will not fall to ground
A:AnswerI have 2 Vizio 55 inch 4k units at home and two young rowdy cats that chase each other. Both sets sit on table tops, so I used existing screws on tv & the other end is anchored into drywall of my home. I used a Heavy Duty Closet Shelf type anchor, NOT a tiny cheap one.
A:AnswerI suppose you could, but in the event of an earthquake, or any other sufficient force applied to the TV, then both the TV and stand will topple over. I'm pretty sure the intent is to attach one end to the wall to prevent that.
