A 75" Samsung will likely work with your existing mount, but it’s not guaranteed without checking a couple things.
This mount supports TVs from 42"–90" and up to 150 lbs, so your TV size is within range . The key factors are the VESA pattern (mounting hole spacing) and the weight of your specific TV.
If your current mount already fit a 75" TV and the new Samsung has a similar VESA pattern, there’s a good chance it will work. If not, you may need a new mount.
