QuestionIs this mount compatible with the 100 inch Hisense that weighs 110 lbs? It says up to 90 inches, but I don't see why it couldn't handle more if within weight.

- Answer Considering the BLT3 is identical to the VLT7, it should work according to the Sanus website. Example attached using the 100U70N model number.

QuestionIs it normal for the tv to bang into the wall when trying to swivel? I tried to swivel it a little without extending the tv out and the tv bangs against the drywall. It’s a 75 inch tv and I only tried moving it a couple degrees.

- Answer Yes this mount can be used on a tile wall but may need fasteners depending on the type of framing behind the tile. Best Buy's installation teams, such as the Geek Squad or Best Buy Custom can certainly mount this bracket to a tile wall.

QuestionInstallation went well. However, the tv is mounted above a fireplace so I am using the tilt feature. With the tv tilted, when I rotate the tv left or right, it wants to rotate back to center. I see no adjustments to tighten up this movement??
