- Answer Yes it can!!! You will need to purchase additional wall plugs or screws made for masonry applications.. You will also need a good drill with a masonry bit. You may need a hammer drill. I have installed it with a good Dewalt drill but you may want to use a hammer drill to make it easier.

- Answer Yes it will however the motion up and down is limited somewhat so depending on how much you want it you may want to go to a Best Buy and see the display.

- Answer If you have room to swing the TV out from the wall, you could probably install it pretty close. To remove TV from mount is simple; just one screw removal and it's free.
