QuestionIs this compatible with Sharp Aquos 60"?Will this bracket work perfectly with the 60" Sharp Aquos LC-60E88UN that I am considering? I only want to tilt it sideways by 20-30 degrees. No up/down tilt. It would come no more than 9 inches out from the wall. But it needs to stay level. Will it do these things? [email protected]

- Answer The VLF220 is only designed to accommodate TVs up to 56" so it is not compatible with your TV. A mount that is compatible with this TV and can be set up to only tilt sideways is the XF228.

QuestionCan I use this mount to hang a 55" LED TV on a diagonal in corner of room.We want to hang the TV on a diagonal in the corner of our living room. We want to know if we put the mount on one wall will we be able to turn a 55" samsung LED TV on a diagonal in the corner? Will it support the TV if we swing it out that far from the wall?

- Answer It will support the TV if you swing it all the way out, and it will fit in the corner, but it will not be a 45% angel. This mount extends about 17 inches, but the centerline of a 55" TV is about 25 inches (depending on the TV). To put the mount in the exact corner, you would need about 24 inches of extension. The only way to have the TV "fit" with this mount would be to mount the back plate 10 inches to 16 inches away from the corner on the wall so it will be "more tilted" in one direction in the corner. If you get it mounted just right, you may be able to get a 30% angle on one wall and 60% on the other.

QuestionLateral Shift usabilityMy 46" Samsung LED UN46F6300 is being installed in a built-in. I need to be able to laterally shift the tv toward center each time I pull it out, then shift it back to the side when putting away. Does the lateral shift on this mount allow usability in this capacity? A brand I recently purchased stated once I opened and read the instructions that the lateral shift worked only during install, then had to be bolted in place and could not be used unless unbolted. That type of situation does not work for my needs...

- Answer This mount will not work for you then, you do have to set the arm and bolt it into place. Our newer mounts like the VLF525 are actually much eaiser to shift laterally but still we recommend removing the TV first. - Scott

- Answer Yes Geek Squad will install if you want. We removed our tv niche (entertainment wall) so it is a flat wall and installed ledgestone- looks awesome! I would think it would be really difficult to try and install it inside a 22" niche- yikes it was kind of awkward with a flat wall. However, I would call Sanus customer service number and ask them.

- Answer I have that same TV and used the Sanus Full Motion mount. Mount is nice but not an easy thing to install by yourself or with someone else. It also is hard to push back to the wall once extending. And by hard I mean i feel like I am about to bend my TV in half.

QuestionWall Mount StabilityI am purchasing a Sanus Large Full Motion Wall Mount-BL. The store SKU # 9847895 I believe the model # is VLF220-1-B1 The TV I am buying is Samsung UN60ES7100 3D LED 1080P 240HZ and SKU 484869 and I think it weighs about 48 lbs-now to the question I have a PLANK house meaning no studs just one board over the other. Can this mount be secured to the wall and support the weight of the mount and TV safely. Thank you

- Answer You shouldn't have a problem because the weight of the TV is spread over the size of the mount. 48lbs is really pretty light.

- Answer This mount comes with additional parts with different size spacers and other required accessories. It fits most TVs and I'm sure it can fit this one even though you're missing a few parts.
