How do you adjust the up/down tilt? null

there are two knobs on the arm that is closest to the bracket that you have to loosen to tilt then tighten. however.... for my 70 lbs panasonic it just plain doesn't hold. very frustrating.

To adjust the tilt/swivel on your mount simply adjust the tilt/swivel knobs as depicted in pages 30-31 of the installation guide. http://www.sanus.com/assets/VLF220-B1_036901-002025.pdf
