It is perfect for our NYC apartment. I love that it comes out from the wall and swivels. It is the best because when it's not in use it's easy to tuck back into place on the wall. Install was a bit sucky for us, we had to get a handyman to come in and install it correctly as we are in a brown stone and it's impossible to drill into our walls w/o a hammer drill. Other than that we have no complaints. I actually preferred the handyman route, that way I know our pricey TV is safe and secure and not going to fall off the wall when I pull it out. Definitely worth the price!

I got this tilt and swivel wall mount to hang my new HDTV in my bedroom (50"). The mount handle the weight with ease. Installing the mount went fairly quickly and was straight forward. The HDTV now can be adjusted to be viewable while on my bed or while in the sitting area off to the side of my bedroom. Very easy to tilt and swivel the tv with this mount and then lock it in place so the tv stays in that position. Much easier to use than some of the other swing mounts I've used.

I bought a new 60" flat screen, I needed a wall mount that was flexible to mount the TV in a corner. This mount met all of my needs. It was easy to mount and even though I had to mount it to one wall, it moved over and centered in the corner without any problems and looked great. it even tilts down so sitting or standing you can see easily. this mount was a bit pricy but comparable in price to other mounts of its kind. overall, good quality, easy install and did the job.

This product is relatively easy to install, however you will need two people for the last step. It has great extension from the wall and its angles of motion are also good. I have purchased two of these mounts for my various TV's and both work well.

Easy to install full adjustable. but a bit heavy price is high unless you can work a deal like me ................ :-)

The Sanus-Tilt and Swivel Wall Mount for Most 37-65' TV was easy to instal ourselves. Our new flat LED TV is well supported, can be tilted and Swiveled to get the best possible viewing angle for our LED screen HDTV. However we found that Best Buy's price was higher on this item than Video Only. Make sure to shop around and then ask your salesperson to match the lowest price you find. This saved us $75.00 off the Best Buy shelf price.

We got this mount a part of a package deal when we purchased a TV. It is a nice space saving feature and had the guys at Best Buy install the mount and drop the wires behind the drywall. We love that the mount extends out 20 feet and swivels, which is great since the location of the TV is next to a corner. It allows us to be able to pull the TV out and swivel for the whole living room to see if necessary.

We set this up in the bedroom with a shelving unit and a 50 inch tv. I LOVE IT! I can watch tv while im in my bath room brushing my teeth if i want lol no problems at all can turn it anyway i need to or want adjusts easilty and can really hold the weight! My husband weighs 150 and he held onto it right after he installed it to see if it could hold his weight. .. . no problemo Almost like the stand better than my new tv!

Needed a fully capable tilt and swivel TV wall mount and this product is simply the best for my situation. With a built-in wall cabinet I can now extend out from the cabinet if needed and swivel it in any direction. After use I can return the TV back into the cabinet opening and it appears to be part of the cabinet.

We moved a very heavy TV to a brick wall. This mount has allowed us to have the TV on the brick wall as well as being able to extend it from the wall and pivot it. Very heavy duty.

The wall mount is perfect for our TV needs. It feels very durable and was easy to install. I am not a fan of the pull cord release system and I think there are better deals to be had elsewhere.

Easy to install - although the correct bolts needed were not included. Virtually invisible. A little pricey but worth the money.

This mount was very easy to install. I mounted a 50" tv in a corner and it looks really nice. It can swivel from side to side and it very sturdy. Worth every penny!

The Tilt and Swivel Wall Mount was fairly easy to install. It's motion is smooth and it is very well made and looks great.

I purchased this for my Dad's new flat screen, so that he could adjust for glare from windows, and also reposition the TV when he has guests. In the set up process, I noticed how great it was to be able to pull the TV out from the wall to access the inputs, which looked like they would have been difficult to reach and even to see without it.

Worked great for my 65 inch Panasonic Plasma.Was easy to mount with hardware provided.The instruction's were easy to understand and read.Make sure you mount frame in wall stud's.Use stud finder to find them ( A MUST).The full motion action of the wall mount gives you many angles of TV movement for better viewing.Highly recommend to mount your larger TV onto the wall

This unit is amazing. It took about 20 minutes to put together and mount. The hardest thing was finding a wall stud. Smart phone app is excellent at that though. This wall mount will adjust to just about anywhere. High, low, in, out, left, right, straight on, 180 degrees etc. well worth the investment.

There were not many choices to pick from anyway, but this seemed to do the job as well as any.

Sanus instructions are excellent, from the website to the provided manual, any questions you have are covered including mount height and finding the studs. Mounting hardware provided is organized and appears of good quality. This mount feels very solid and looks great (mainly because you can't see it if not extended). It sits only 4.5" from the wall even with a swing arm, not intrusive at all (although in no way "flush" with the wall if that is what you're looking for). The one downfall so far is that I cannot use the swing arm easily as the joint is very stiff and does not operate easily. I realize there is a tension collar but I have yet to find a way to make it work as I think it should. I got this as a clearance item, not sure how long they will be available, but I probably wouldn't buy it for full retail price even with all the plusses mentioned.
