Yes they can install on the spot if you forgot to ask the geek Squad to do it for you

They installed the power cord kit for me, but I believe it depends on the installation package that you purchased. When you call for the power kit, I would ask or confirm that you have the purchased the right installation package. I am sure they will assist you.
